I should have cut my hair this week and made that 20 lb mark! Ü I changed to the Core plan this week instead of counting points and it improved my weight loss! I lost 3 lbs this week. I'm sure walking 2 miles most days help, too. I'm telling you this so I can be accountable, so I will be so good at CJ's baby shower (and the days of baking and chocolate making leading up to it)!
